The Beach House offers the best value in Kep, Cambodia. The stylish and superbly clean rooms all feature an ensuite bathroom with hot water, air-conditioning, satellite television and a fridge. If you get the chance to stay at the Beach House in Kep then do so! Rooms were good value for the price. The hotel is located in the central area , close to everything. Some rooms were a little small, but we were quickly switched to a lovely big one! One of the selling points for me was the friendliness of the staff. They were also great fun, always smiling.
