Cap d'Agde, France, is just a few miles from Montpellier and it is one of the worlds best clothing-optional and naturism, naturist villages and resorts. Cap d'Agde is also close to many other wonderful French destinations to which you can also travel. On your holiday or vacation travel for example to the nearby port city of Sete for some great sea-food, or travel to the medieval city of Carcassonne to the west. Only a five-hour TGV train ride to travel to or from Paris, France is a great country to holiday in. Cap d'Agde is the 'resort' part of Agde, a pleasant Languedoc town a little distance to the north. It is also east of Beziers and south-west of Montpellier. The resort has been almost entirely built since the late 1960's The resort is at the foot of an ancient volcano and based around a large marina, lined with nice apartment blocks, and has easy access to large sandy beaches. The resort falls into several different parts, each with their own characteristics - but each having a plentiful range of holiday accommodation, and access to beaches and all facilities.
