Forlė is a comune and city in Emilia-Romagna, Italy, famed as the birthplace of the great painter Melozzo da Forlė, of the humanist historian Flavio Biondo, of the famous physicians Geronimo Mercuriali and Giovanni Battista Morgagni. The Fascist leader Benito Mussolini was born near Forlė as were his daughter Edda and his son Romano. Forlė is the capital of the province of Forlė-Cesena.
