I can't recommend the Miracle Plaza in Guiyang highly enough! Decent location in central area part of town. Decent value rooms for what we paid. Comfortable and clean, but most importantly quiet! Nice spot for a few nights in Guiyang, the Ramada Plaza Guiyang was comfortable. The central area was a good place to be based. I slept soundly in a nice big room, which was comfortable and clean. It may not be in the guidebooks but Neng Hui is a cracker of a place to stay in Guiyang The hotel is situated in central area area. Can'+Q65t fault the rooms for the price!
