We recommend the Shuhoku in Akita as for a comfortable few nights. The Akita area was one of the best places to be based. Bathroom was adequate, but the rooms were pretty sizeable for the price. Comfortable, clean and secure too. Sweet friendly staff who spoke good English. Helped make my stay .. Read Review
