You could do worse than stay here; the Kkr Kumamoto in Kumamoto was comfortable value. The place was very well located in the central area close to the local amenities and restaurants. May not be in guidebooks (yet) but the Tokyu Inn Kumamoto in Kumamoto comes recommended. Kumamoto was perfect for visiting the sights. Perfect rooms, comfortable and nicely decorated.
