Accolades Boutique Rotorua Reviews

Great holidays! We recently spent 2 nights at the Accolades. We were given an upgrade to a deluxe room. The Hotel is really a boutique B&B located on a hilltop overlooking lake Rotorura with fantastic views and none of the odors that are prevalent in town. Every afternoon they serve complementary snacks and a glass of wine. They also serve complementary breakfast. The resident manager Kath is a gem. She goes out of her way to make you feel at home. While there you have use of a huge living room and outdoor grounds. They have a sister hotel that has a fine restaurant and spa and free transportation up and back. We would definitely return if we were in Rotorura. If you take any tours make sure that the operator will pick you up at the Accolades. (They will do this no-charge if pressed).
