As we are a local tour operator therefore we were invited to experience and test their exclusive finest food by Mr. Socheat Cheng, the Director of the restaurant. Both food and drink were just perfect! We ordered a glass of cocktail recommended waiter and the import beef-steaks as main dish. They were brilliant taste. The Nest Restarant was not just a place to hang out, eat and drink while in Siem Reap, but it is also venue for entertaining. It is designed with a brilliant idea, the owner is so creative, amazing when entering into the main restaurant. The open area where the grassy is the most nicest where we can sit (under the bird nest table) and view over to the lower part of the rest of tables. This is so creative way of idea. So romance music with the professional waiters and waitresses to help recommended you their daily highlight dishes. This is really high end venue that you are looking for while in Siem Reap. Ah!
