Narathiwat is another southern most province of Thailand bordering on the Malaysian territory. Arnphoe Songs' Ko Lok is an important junction where the Thai southern Railroad connects to a railway going through the border to Tumpad Station in Malayasia. Narathiwat is a province having beautiful natural scenery with both the forests and seaside resorts. It is some 1,149 kms south of Bangkok. Narathiwat is divided into 12 Amphoes, Muang , Ruso, Yi-ngo, Waeng, Bacho, flak Rai, Si Sahhon, Sukhirin, Chancre and King Arnphoe Cho Ai Rong occupies an overall area of 4,475 4 square kilometers, bordering on Pattani to the north. Kaianun State of Malaysia to the south, Yala to the east and the Indian Ocean to the west. Narathiwat is one of good places in Thailand where tourists can cross to Malaysia and Singapore on short holidays. Attraction of province is increasing numbers of Malaysians and Singaporeans tourists every years. Tourists can enjoy with several beaches, natural resources and magnificent temples. The local people of province are largely farmers and fishermen. Most local people are Muslims who spoken and written of Yawi language (Yawi has roots from the spoken Malay language and uses Arabic consonants and alphabets).
