Beach of love

Nha Trang is a favorite vacation spot for well-off Vietnamese. Belong of Khanh Hoa province which is a coastal province in South Central Viet Nam. The climate here is oceanic with tropical monsoon, but quiet mild.

The port systems, airport and land routes are convenient for travel and transportation. Nha Trang own 7 Km seashore, various beautiful sport and well know for its Cham relics, remains, pagoda and temple. It is a leading holiday destination in Viet Nam. Po Nagar Cham towers of Po Nagar were built between the 7th and 12th centuries. The site was used for Hindu worship as early as the 2nd century AD. The most beautiful of them were built in 813 and 817. But time and environmental factors have taken their toll on these relics.

Today, both ethnic Chinese and Vietnamese Buddhists come to Po Nagar to pray and make offerings, according to their respective traditions. The towers of Po Nagar stand on a granite knoll, 2km north of central Nha Trang and on the banks of the Cai River.

To get here from central Nha Trang, take Quang Trung street (which becomes 2 Thang 4 street) north across Ha Ra and Xom Bong Bridges, which span the mouth of the Cai River. Po Nagar can also be reached via the new Tran Phu Bridge along the beachfront. Not only are the towers famous for their architecture and sculpture, but they are also well known for their great significance in history, nationalism, and archaeology. Standing on the top of the hill, one can admire the beautiful landscapes of the coastal region of Nha Trang.

Institute of Oceanography Institute of Oceanography is located on an elevated land, at 1 Cau Da St., next to Cau Da Wharf, about 6km from the centre of Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa Province. Established in 1923 was one of the first centers of scientific research in Viet Nam.There are over 20.000 specimens of 4.000 organisms in water were collected for several yeas, beside living creature that are kept in glass tanks. Institute of Oceanography was voted one of 10 attractive historical culture destinations. Tam Island Large 110 hectare, with blue water, white sand, tropical forest, Tam island is one of attractive place for visitors in Khanh Hoa.

Although nearly land , only 5 km far from Nha Trang city, It take 7 minutes by motorboat but effective human almost unchanged. In Hon Tam , there are volleyball and soccer courts right in the beach. Not only relaxing and sun bathing, visitors can take part in many interesting activities as such as mountaineering, forest adventure, rowing, fishing or show your courage through water sports.
