Good value accommodation in Hai Phong is the Best Western Pearl River. Accommodation is in the centre - which makes a good base for exploring. Big beds, and spotlessly clean bathrooms. Great value! Breakfast was served when we wanted it, by the friendly staff! If you are fortunate enough to travel to Vietnam then you could do much worse than check in here for a few nights!... more detail
