Payment methods
Upon signing the agreement with Visit Asia Travel Limited, we grant the agent a credit to the maximum amount of USD5,000.00 (five thousand). After servicing has been completed, invoice (s) will be sent to the agent upon booking which the agent will have 15 (fifteen) days from the invoice date in order to make a payment or when the credit amount has reached its limit, whichever comes earlier. The agent could provide the passenger’s credit card details to guarantee the booking. If payment is not received upon the due date in accordance with these conditions, we reserve the right to:

-Disconnect access to any of our electronic systems.
-Cease making reservations sent to us.
-Terminate with immediate effect any or all contracts with the agent at our discretion.
-Request prepayment for existing bookings as a condition of their not being cancelled.
-Cancel any space being held on the agent’s behalf.
-Charge interest on a daily basis at a rate of 3 (three) percent per annum calculated on the total amount of each outstanding invoice from the date of issue until the date of payment together with all costs, legal or otherwise and expenses incurred by our organization or on our behalf in the collection of any overdue amount has been completely collected.

For any agent who does not have Credit facilities, the payment can be made by Visa & Master Card through the Visit Asia Travel Payment gateway available in system. It is simply entered your credit card details as required and the amount shown in your invoices to make payment. We accept payment via Visa Card, Master Card as well as through bank transfer.

Important: All transactions shown in the total invoice is nett due. The bank fee at your local bank must be included while making wire transfer.

FIT, GIT Policy
FIT booking is based on less than 11 pax in each booking; we use a local station guide GIT or Group is a booking based on 11 paying pax or more in each booking; we used an escorted through guide on each tour.

Free of charge:
The free of charge (FOC) usually is applied for group of more than 25 paying pax. The FOC would be applied for half twin complimentary basis. This is for land services and some certain hotels only. The FOC will not be applied for airfares or cruise…

Cancellation
We do not charge a cancellation fee for packages, sightseeing, transfer, airticket or hotel rooms that have not been confirmed. However, once we have processed and confirmed your request, you are subject to the cancellation policies of individual local hotels and local suppliers.

In light of the problems caused by email delivery systems; your booking is considered confirmed when it is generated in our booking system, not when you receive the emailed confirmation. You are able to review your current booking status in real time on the member profile of booking record stated on your login member.

The cancellation policy applies to all bookings unless the hotel and/or airlines you have booked has different terms and conditions to those stated below. Any policies dictated by the hotel will take precedence over the policy stated here. If the requested hotel’s policies are different, you will be informed in your confirmation email.

Please review all cancellation policies that apply, as well as fees that you may incur as a result of a cancellation.

No-show
No-show charges will be based on 100% of final tour price and whole nights booked

Refund Policy:
A cancellation may result in refunds to you made in the form of a credit to your credit card account. All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. Refunds may take up to 1 week to process within the time frame of Visa or Master Card International Policy. The refund process depends on the regulations of each individual credit card company. Once the refund instructions have been acted upon by our bank it may take up to 45 days for the proceeds to be refunded into your account.

Itinerary charges
Visit Asia reserves the right to modify or re-arrange any tour program or to cancel or substitute any element in the tour itinerary without prior notice when local conditions require such changes, as well as due to scheduled flight changes etc, which may vary according to weather condition…etc

Child Policy (2-12 years)
Children between 2-12 years of age who share a room with parents without an extra bed are entitled to a discount on transfers, excursions, and package tours up to a maximum of 30%. Should there be a request for accommodation in separate rooms, the full charge will be applied as per adult rates.

Liability and Travel Insurance
Travel insurance covering emergency medical repatriation, cancellation costs, acts of god, and medical expenses are required to be purchased by all passengers who book our services. Travel insurance must be purchased from their country of origin prior to travel. We, as local ground handlers, are not responsible for the provision of insurance. Visit Asia is not itself a provider of accommodation or of most ground services. We do not accept and hereby exclude ourselves from all liabilities arising from the acts or omission whether due to negligence or otherwise from any third parties including but not limited to: airlines, coaches, cruise and hotels operators or by any other persons providing services related to the requested bookings. Visit Asia is not liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our control. We shall not be liable for and shall reserve the right to indemnify any customer with respect to any loss either directly or indirectly via third party claim suffered as a result of any incorrect or incomplete booking confirmed by the system.

Claims and Complaints
All complaints are governed by the Liability clause (shown above). All complaints should be reported immediately to the ground service provider. Failure to do would result in Visit Asia Travel rendering any complaints made at any later time as null and void. The Customer shall bear full responsibility in an event the customer acts abnormally or displays antisocial behavior. The Visit Asia Travel or its designated ground service providers reserve the right to immediately cancel the customer’s stay and the agent will be charged for any amount of damages arising for the delinquent behavior of the customer which may be subject to a claim by a third party

Jurisdiction
All disputes arising out of the aforementioned terms and conditions above shall be subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of the laws of each country in which the customer is traveling.
